We put a lot of effort and passion into creating the Blackbelt Japanese conversation website and the online video chat system, so that you can practice Japanese online in a new, effective and exciting way.
So here is the legal bit explaining how we have done our best to protect you, and how you need to be a normal sensible person for us all to get on and play nicely together.

This website is owned and operated by Blackbelt Japanese. The following terms and conditions govern your use of this website. By using and/or visiting this website, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, you should not use the website.

References to "us" "we" and "our" are to Blackbelt Japanese Ltd and references to "you" are to you as the person using the website.

References to "Site" mean blackbeltjapanese.com.

1. RESTRICTED USE

a) You may not use any device, including any software or routine, which interferes with the normal operation of this Site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our servers or other computer equipment, or the computer equipment of our internet service providers.

b) You may not use any software, programme, algorithm, methodology or other automatic device, including any spider, robot, or otherwise, to monitor, copy, collect or harvest any data, information or content found on this Site, or use any manual process for the same purpose.

c) You may not make any derivative use of this Site or its contents.

d) You may not resell or make any commercial use of this Site or its contents.

The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Site (including without limitation text, photographs, graphics and video clips) are owned by Blackbelt Japanese or its licensors. If you breach any of the terms in this legal notice, your permission to use this Site automatically terminates. You are also advised that Blackbelt Japanese will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.

Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

2. VISITOR CONDUCT

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Site any material:

a) that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience; or

3. SERVICE ACCESS

While Blackbelt Japanese attempts to ensure that this Site is normally available 24 hours a day, Blackbelt Japanese shall not be liable if for any reason this Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Access to this Site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the control of Blackbelt Japanese.

4. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to ban any person for using the Site inappropriately or otherwise in breach of these Terms of Use. On termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.

In the case of termination, Blackbelt Japanese is under no obligation to refund any fees.
